Chris Frenier, a local Parole Supervisor for the RI Department of Corrections, helped to create a diversion program using the experiences of individuals convicted of serious crimes. One of those involved with this initiative, Luis Estrada, details how he landed in prison (for 22 years) and eventually created pathways towards redemption.
